C4, sticky bombs, proximity mines, pipe bombs.

Running from a lawful stop on foot.

Fleeing in a vehicle at high speed or causing danger.

Evading after committing a felony.

Interfering with PD, EMS, or firefighters.

Physically resisting or fleeing arrest.

Pretending to be PD, EMS, NIA, or government employee.

Using explosives or weapons to cause mass harm.

Government official using authority for illegal benefit.

Using false information to gain money or property.

Using hacking tools, trojan USBs, or illegal devices.

Manipulating loans, accounts, or cards.

Using cryptosticks or digital devices to steal funds.

Operating a vehicle without a valid license.

License suspended due to previous offenses.

Vehicle must be registered and insured to operate on public roads.

Driving trucks, buses, or heavy machinery without proper job certification.

High speeds through traffic, running multiple lights, or unsafe maneuvers. Penalty: $2,500 fine + 10–15 minutes jail + impound.

Ignoring right of way: $400 fine.

Blocking roads, hospitals, emergency zones: $300 fine & tow.

Driving in a way that puts multiple people at risk.

Striking someone with a vehicle.

Killing someone through reckless driving.

Running from PD after committing a crime.

Any form of competitive speed racing. Penalty: $5,000 fine + 20 minutes jail + impound (2 hours).

Hosting or coordinating street races. Penalty: $10,000 fine + 30–45 minutes jail + vehicle seizure.

Nitrous, race ECU, turbo kits not registered with mechanic. Penalty: $3,000 fine + confiscation.
